Interesting is also that if I modify such a missing item in the web interface (for instance adding a reminder or flag and unflag), the item reappears in Outlook almost instantly. I suppose most users don't notice this bug because only a very small number of items are affected and you usually only become aware of the problem, if you work with other apps that sync with Office 365 where these missing items are visible just as in OWA. Hi Michael, I tried to research on the issue, but find few reports about the similar problem. Is this a recently occurred issue right after upgrading to Version 16.13? Does this issue only affect Office 365 accounts configured in Outlook for Mac? Do the missing mails or tasks have anything in common? If the problem didn't occur before the upgrade, I'd like to suggest try testing on one machine by and check the result. Any findings, please feel free to post back.

I guess most users didn't notice the problem yet because it only affects a very small number of items. The issue first appeared with the version before 16.13. I don't know the version number. I don't know if the problem only occurs with Office 365 accounts, but it seems to be an Outlook bug because I can see the missing items in several other apps. The missing emails were all flagged, but I am unsure if this is related to the issue. Thanks for the tip with reverting back to an earlier version. I wonder if I can just use the last version that worked from a backup by restoring the Outlook app in the Application folder and deleting the profile?
